The Indian Academy Centre for Student Placement Services (IACSPS) bridges the gap between talent and opportunity. As the key link between industry and the institute, IACSPS works year-round to connect students with roles that match their potential. Over the years, it has grown into a trusted recruitment hub, with top national and international organizations returning each year to hire from our campus.
The placement process at IADC-A isn’t just about the final offer. It’s about preparing students for the world beyond. From the first year, students go through structured training sessions that build confidence, communication, leadership, and critical thinking. They also learn how to handle group discussions, aptitude tests, and interviews with ease.
To make the process seamless, the Centre provides dedicated infrastructure for tests, interviews, and discussions, along with a well-maintained database that helps both students and alumni connect with the right opportunities.
Placements typically take place between November and May, depending on examination schedules. Beyond helping students find jobs, IACSPS also encourages entrepreneurial thinking, nurturing those ready to carve their own path in the industry.

The CV-building process is serious business. Students work closely with the placement team to fine-tune their resumes, from formatting and content to proof verification. The effort pays off when those polished resumes turn into interview shortlists at their dream companies.
Mock GDs, tests, and interviews
Preparation gets real here. Through simulated group discussions, aptitude tests, and personal interviews, students experience what the real recruitment process feels like. Constructive feedback from faculty and placement experts helps sharpen their approach and confidence.
Pre-placement talks and company sessions
Before interviews begin, companies host sessions to introduce their work, culture, and opportunities. These talks are mandatory, and for good reason. They help students understand what each organization stands for and prepare thoughtful answers for “why this company” during interviews.
The power of self-preparation
No amount of training replaces self-work. Students are encouraged to introspect, revise key concepts, stay updated on current affairs, and prepare their personal stories. The goal is simple: to help every student walk into an interview ready to show up as their best self.
