When can i take the examinations?
Examinations are conducted twice in a year – Odd and Even semester exams. Odd semester exams are generally held in the month of Nov- Jan and Even semester examinations are generally held in the month of May – June.
  • No student is permitted to enter the examination room without the admit card and College ID. In case of any last-minute loss, student can write an application to the principal for reissue of duplicate admit card.
  • If the College ID is lost, student can seek permission to write the examination with valid Photo ID proof e.g., Passport/Driving Licence/ Voter ID / Aadhar card/ PAN card. However, immediately after the examination, the student should apply and obtain a new ID card by submitting appropriate application.
  • Student is required to apply duplicate hall ticket by paying prescribed fees.
  • Student is permitted to enter the exam room up to 30 minutes after the commencement of the exam. However, the room superintendent will not provide any additional time to those arriving late.
  • It is advised that the student should check-in for the exam room 15 minutes prior to the examination.
For exam security purposes, students are not permitted to leave an exam centre or remote exam environment until the full duration of the exam time has been completed.

  • The student indulging in malpractice will be booked under the malpractice by laws of the institution/parent University.
  • The Malpractice Cases Consideration Committee (MC3) will recommend appropriate penalty based on the category of use of unfair means.

  • The student shall submit a requestion letter to the COEs office requesting for bona-fide letter with CGPA.
  • Student shall also submit relevant supporting document from the concern higher education institution to the COEs office.
  • Request for Duplicate certificate addressed to the Controller of Examinations, showing clearly the accessible details of the original marks statement declared to have been lost and the circumstances leading to its loss/the reason for submitting the request.
  • Affidavit from a Notary Public stating:
    1. That the relevant Marks statement has been irrecoverably lost.
    2. That the Marks statement has not been used for any other purpose.
    3. That the Marks statement will be surrendered to the college in the event of the same being recovered in future.
    4. That the Duplicate Marks statement will not be misused for any purpose.
  • Letter from the Principal of the college from which the candidate has completed the course stating that he/she is not involved in any case of malpractice and no such case is pending against him/her and that the college does not have any objection in issuing a duplicate Marks statement to the candidate.
  • Prescribed fee has to be paid.
  • Duplicate marks statement will be issued within 72 hours.

Regular Students:

  • PDC and Consolidated certificate is awarded on the day of Graduation ceremony after paying prescribed fees who have cleared all their semester exams successfully.

Reappear Students:

  • Fill the appropriate application
  • Attach photo copies of mark statements
  • Pay the prescribed fees.
  • Certificates will be issued within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application
Anytime between 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on all working days.
Candidates are eligible to apply for revaluation / Photocopy only for theory courses.
  • First semester candidates are advised to verify whether the name has been printed correctly in the marks statements, and if any correction is required report to the academic section immediately in writing.
  • The candidate shall apply for name correction/change in the marks statement by submitting a requestion letter to the COE’s office.
  • The candidate should provide gazetted copy reflecting the changed name / SSLC marks card copy. Pay the prescribed fees.
  • The COE’s office will make necessary changes and provide the marks statement within a period of 7 to 10 days from the date of receipt of requisition letter.

The maximum permissible period for completing a programme of any duration is N+2 academic years where N represents the minimum duration of the programme.
  • 100% attendance is expected.
  • The maximum relaxation of 25% in attendance may be allowed for sickness or any other valid reason which is beyond the control of the student for which written permission of Principal is mandatory.
  • Students having less than 75% of attendance will not be permitted to appear in the Semester Examination.
