Indian Academy Pre-University College hosted SPECTRUM 2024, its much-anticipated cultural extravaganza, on
18th September 2024 at the Indian Academy Degree campus. The event was a vibrant celebration of color, creativity, and energy, as students from both the first and second years took center stage to showcase their diverse talents.
The event began with a warm welcome, acknowledging the presence of esteemed guests, including
Dr. T. Somasekhar, Chairman of the Indian Academy Educational Trust, and Prof. J. Rajeswari, Principal of Indian Academy PU College. Their support and encouragement were pivotal in making SPECTRUM a memorable success.
Students participated enthusiastically in a wide range of activities, from singing and dancing to skits and mad ads, filling the day with joy and excitement. Prior to the main event, offline competitions were held on 13th September 2024, where students displayed their skills in collage, pot painting, flower arrangement, mehandi design and more. The winners of these competitions were honoured with mementos and certificates on the day of SPECTRUM.
SPECTRUM 2024 was not just a competition, but a celebration of expression, creativity, and unity. It offered students the opportunity to showcase their talents, bond with peers, and create unforgettable memories.
